Takatori Corporation was set up at Japanese old city NARA in 1956, specialized in developing and manufacturing high-tech products, including in special semiconductor and LCD production machinery and automatic production lines, as well as textile garments production equipments.

Initially "Takatori" brand and reputation was built up in textile industry by successfully inventing and accomplishing panty stocking auto-sewing production lines, which owned 90% in market share. Furthermore, Taktori cooperated with JUKI to develop some special garments production machinery, such as flat-type button sewing and neck wrapping machine FBS series, pocket welt seamers APW series and electronic hand stitching machine FLS series, which are very popular in apparel production industry. Nowadays, even in China there are thousands of those machines are being used.

As the electron industry developed quickly, Takatori Corporation invented wafer protective tape laminating machine and wafer protective tape removal machine for large dimension and super thin wafers, to conquer the technical difficulty of cutting silicon wafer in semiconductor industry. Cooperating with SHARP Company to develop LCD production line is another landmark in the process of Taktori's development.

Responding to the development tendency of "various type, small lot, short period" in apparel industry, In 1989 Takatori Corporation invented worldwide advanced auto cutting system. After sixty years of research and promotion, Takatori Auto Cutter has been upgraded to accomplished auto cutting system with manpower saving, high efficiency, high precision. There are three sections and more than forty types, including: TAC-N series for big lot of production; TAC-M series for small lot of cutting and single piece single cut on high-class man's suits and lady's fashion; TAC-MB as multifunctional sampling cutter applicable to various material cutting requirement. Takatori Auto Cutters became the most well sold equipments in Japanese same machinery industry due to stable capability and excellent after-sales service.
